A patient came with a fracture of the proximal tibia on both sides with a fractured patella on the right side. These are high-energy complex traumas with a lot of damage to the soft tissues around the knee and need to be managed surgically. A staged procedure was done in view of swelling and for 3 months the patient is walking independently.
